Who we are

!WackySolutions LLC is a Georgia limited liability company located at 1870 The Exchange SE, Ste 220 #202767, Atlanta, GA 30339. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through wackysolutions.org and through the work we do for clients.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form, call, or email, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the stage your project is at, and whatever you write in your message. If you become a client, we also receive the material you send us for the project — sketches, documents, business details, and the information needed to form an entity or open developer accounts on your behalf.

Information collected automatically. This site is served as static files and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server log information, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving the file.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote
• To deliver the services you have engaged us for
• To file paperwork you have asked us to file on your behalf
• To keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance
• To protect the site and our clients against fraud and abuse

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing email to people who have only made an enquiry.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is needed to do the work or where the law requires it:

• Service providers who host this site, deliver our email, and process contact form submissions
• State and federal agencies, when you have engaged us to make a filing such as an entity registration or EIN application
• Apple and Google, when you have engaged us to enroll or verify a developer account
• Our accountants and legal counsel, under a duty of confidentiality
• Authorities, where we are legally required to respond

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and for seven years afterward, which covers the retention periods that apply to business and tax records. You can ask us to delete sooner and we will, except where we are required to keep something.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated before the change goes live.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to client information to the people working on your project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send government identification numbers, passwords, or payment card details through the contact form — we will tell you a safe way to send anything sensitive.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email info@wackysolutions.org and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the Georgia Consumer Privacy Protection Act. We apply the process above to every request regardless of where you live, so you do not need to establish your residency to ask.

Children

This site is intended for adults doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Other sites

Pages on this site may link to sites we do not control, including the App Store, Google Play, and government filing portals. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
